In recent years, Nikon has become renowned for its waterproof and shockproof cameras. Not only they can shoot and record underwater, in mud, snow or any other though conditions, but their “tough” cameras have an amazing picture and video quality.

Nikon’s latest rugged camera made for adventurers is the Coolpix W300. Compared to previous version from the W series, the W300 features a complete new design.

As expected, the Coolpix W300 can shoot both video and pictures up to 100 feet underwater, is shockproof from 7.9 feet, freezeproof down to 14-degrees Fahrenheit and also dustproof.

The sensor is a 16-megapixel 1/2.3-inch CMOS, can shoot 4K UHD video (3,840 x 2,160) at 30fps, has a wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom, built-in GPS & NFC, WiFi, altimeter, depth gauge, LED Light and a 3-inch LCD screen.

The Nikon Coolpix W300 can be purchased in various countries across the world, in black, orange or yellow.
