In this list, I’ve carefully selected 10 movies every man should watch, and which I believe will have a huge impact on your life, especially if you’re young and at the beginning of your journey.

Put aside the mafia part of the series; The Godfather is all about dealing with life’s ups and downs, dealing with different kinds of people and making tough decisions in hard situations.


2. Rocky (1976)

7. The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)

The film is based on Chris Gardner’s true story. For nearly one-year Chris struggled with homelessness while raising his toddler son until finally landing a job as a stockbroker.

Probably you’ve heard of Facebook because this film shows Mark Zuckerberg’s journey from his bedroom to becoming the youngest billionaire in history.


9. 12 Years A Slave (2013)

The film is a biographical drama based on the 1853 slave memoir Twelve Years a Slave by Solomon Northup, a free black man from upstate New York who is kidnapped in Washington, D.C. and sold into slavery.


10. Into The Wild (2007)

The film shows Christopher McCandless, a son of wealthy parents, who after graduating as a top student and athlete, instead of following a profitable career, he chooses to donate his savings to charity and embark on a journey to Alaska.
